The PowerUp Programs

PowerUp Fitness offers a variety of unique fitness programs.   All of the  PowerUp Programs energize and motivate youth to become more active by simply making fitness fun! Whether you're a school, health club, community center, or athletic organization there are PowerUp Programs for your youth!

PowerUp™ Fitness classes are designed for fitness facilities and health club members in the 6-12 year old age range; it's a group fitness class just for kids!  Participants will learn of variety of new exercises and activities to PowerUp their strength and cardiovascular endurance.

PowerUp™ Your School is an exercise program for elementary age students that provides a full body workout by practicing spelling words, math problems, and even vocabulary all aligned with the Common Core State Standards.

Think PowerUp™ Fitness Classes pint sized!  PowerUp Peanut Classes are an extension of PowerUp Fitness Classes, but are designed for children 2-5 years old.  Healthy fitness habits begin early in life, PowerUp Peanut classes improve motor development, combine exercise & education, while

making fitness fun!
