PowerUp Fitness Classes

PowerUp Fitness Classes (6-12 yrs old)

 

PowerUp™ Fitness classes are designed for youth ages 6-12 years old; it's a group fitness class just for kids!

Participants will learn of variety of new exercises and activities to PowerUp their strength and cardiovascular endurance. The PowerUp Fitness program includes warm-up activities, cardiovascular and strength exercises, and PowerUp play activities for each day.

PowerUp classes will benefit youth fitness members as they learn how to use equipment safely, exercise with proper form, and have fun doing so! This exercise education implemented at a young age encourages safe fitness habits in a positive atmosphere that foster safe, active, and regular adult members!
